Refund Policy

Returns
 Our policy lasts 15 days. Unfortunately, 15 days after delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return,

1) You MUST GET an APPROVAL FIRST by emailing us at info@designsbydrl.com or completing the form on the contact page.

2) AFTER contacting us, you will be given instructions for returning the merchandise.

3) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
 Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are NOT refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please follow the instructions above for returns. 

Shipping 
For returns, you will be sent a shipping label. Please follow the directions:

  1. Items are packed in their original package. 
  2. Label placed on the outside of the package .
  3. The package is delivered to USPS for processing.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
